This is how the "behind-the-scenes" of NTUC Fairprice looks like. Usually stocks come in from the loading bay, and brought to either the store or the shelves for sale.

The products in the store are sort in categories like, grocery, non-food, chilled products etc.

Store manager checks quantity and quality of stock, if everything's ok, she'll sign on the delivery form.

This is the poultry section. Meat will be packed into smaller portions for sale. And this is where they weigh their meat.
Fairprice uses Point Of Sale system, but they still rely on manual labour to check the products are still fresh and not expired.
